Defining Your Niche & Avatar

You are not selling VanX Funnels. You are not selling a Funnel Junkies membership. You are selling the solution to a specific person's specific problem. If you try to sell to everyone, you sell to no one.

"I help people make money online" is not a niche. "I help South African network marketers get 10 new leads per week using automated DM bots" is a niche. The more specific you are, the more your ideal customer feels like you are speaking directly to them.

Building a Funnel That Prints Cash

A funnel is a guided path for your customer. It removes distractions and moves them from "I'm interested" to "I'm buying" in the fewest steps possible. For affiliate marketing we use a simple 2-step process: the Opt-in Page and the Bridge Page.

The Opt-in Page collects the email address in exchange for your Lead Magnet. The Bridge Page pre-frames the core offer before sending the prospect to the sales page. This pre-framing step is what separates affiliates who convert at 1% from those who convert at 5% or higher.

Creating Content That Converts

The biggest barrier for most beginners is creating content that actually gets people to engage. If your content is boring, no one comments. If no one comments, your DM bot does not trigger. If your DM bot does not trigger, you get no leads.

CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)

CTA (Call to Action)

CTR (Click-Through Rate)

KPI (Key Performance Indicator)

A measurable value that shows how effectively you are achieving key business objectives (e.g., leads per day).

Lead Magnet

A free, high-value resource offered in exchange for a prospect's contact information, usually an email address.

LTV (Lifetime Value)

The total amount of money a customer is expected to spend with your business over their entire lifetime.

Niche

A specific, targeted segment of a broader market. E.g., "Real Estate Agents" instead of "Business Owners."

The first page of a funnel where prospects enter their contact information to receive a lead magnet.

SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)

A step-by-step set of instructions for carrying out a routine task — used to delegate work to a VA.

Value Stacking

Adding bonuses to a core offer to increase its perceived value and make the price feel like a bargain.
